PriceGong infection

hello, i am currently having issues with a pop-up malware called price gong. i have tried EVERYTING possible and i am not able to remove it. i located the folder for price gong in c:\ user\ appdata\price gong. i have deleted the folder completely(SHIFT+DELETE)did a system reboot and it still comes up. i have ran malwarebytes SEVERAL times, and other malware software and they all show no infection or problem. i visit amazon and craigslist a lot so this is getting REALLY annoying. can someone PLEASE help remove this thing completely from my system?

Hi rey-rey and welcome to Geeks to Go!

Download OTL to your Desktop

Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
Check the box that says Scan All Users.
Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time and post them in your topic.
