windows freezes during dial up

i have windows 7 64 bit, whenever i try to connect to internet through nokia ovi suite or micromax dialer, the laptop freezes before it could connect to internet. i have to restart my laptop every time it happens. although internet works fine when i am connected to adsl modem through the lan port.
i am attaching hijackthis log file with the post...
please help............

Have you tried updating the Modem driver on the laptop?
Did this ever work?

yah i got the latest nokia ovi suite but still same thing happened. i have used the modem earlier without any problem, but now this freezing problem has started..

What is the make and model of the modem?

the modem was micromax 352g....
i tried my phone nokia n 97 mini as well as modem.......
but the laptop freezes in both case....

Have the latest version of the software downloaded and ready to go. Completely uninstall from your Control Panel (also look for Nokia Driver Packages etc... and uninstall).

Then cleanout temp files and reboot your computer.

Fresh install and setup, see how it goes now.
