Hi guys Anthony here and I am having a little bit of trouble with this computer of mine. I just booted it up and clicked on mozilla and nothing. Checked all my connections, my router, my modem. All other computers in the house are connected perfectly fine. I think I ran into this problem before and had a friend fix it but hes not answering his calls so I am on here asking for some help. I honestly don't even know where to begin to check for error codes and things of the such, I'm not horrible with computers, but I'm not anywhere near good.

Anyway I can help you help me let me know where to look and ill get you all the necessary info.

Thank you, Anthony.

PC Specs:
Gateway
Vista Home Premium
Model LX6810-01
Intel Core 2 Quad
8gb RAM
64 Bit
SP 2
