Palm Pre Plus - Phantom App

I have what is called a Phantom App on my Palm Pre. I'm not sure when it happened exactly but it prevents me from downloading and updating apps (Since the phantom app has no name it is at the very top of the list of apps to be downloaded/updated and since it will never finish it prevents the ones under it from every downloading/updating)

I have googled many solutions on how to fix this, however they all need an app that I just don't have and can't download. Therefore I need help removing it, thanks
