BSOD random occurences.

Lately, I've been having the blue screen happen many times. It always says something about "irql not less or equal" and says something about tcpip.sys. It's becoming very frustrating and I would much appreciate some help on this.

Microsoft has a hot fix for this problem, but it does not always work on all computers. I showed this fix in another thread and the guy said it did not fix the problem but it did lead him to the cause of his problem. The google chrome browser caused a problem and the problem stopped when he deleted the chrome browser.
