I recently had to change my video card due to failure. Now after installing the drivers i always have 100% cpu even showing 100% in the bottom of task manager when system idle is 99% as you can see roughly here http://gyazo.com/09e...8ee43ce0a09acd0

I checked process explorer and no process was 100% other then interrupts which is not a process. Google has shown other users with new cards having the same issue, including same interrupts in process explorer but no resolvent.

any suggestions?

i have a compact compact presario sr1639UK and the card is GeForce GT 520 1gb DDR3

I see you HAVE posted in Malware.
That aspect of course is a separate matter.
That card requires as per the screenshot.

I have not checked the PSU on that Compaq but I doubt it will suffiice.

As long as there is a open malware topic then all help in this topic stops until you are completed with malware. When you have been declared healthy by the malware tech and if the issue still persists then return here and we will continue from a tech point to assist you.
