Need some real GOOD help with adobe flash player 11 for IE9

Ok here is the issue I have the lateset version of adobe flash player (11.0) installed but it will not play on IE9 it says that I still not have it installed It works on all other browsers except IE9 please help and dont say just use firefox or google help me fix the issue with adobe flash player 11 for IE9
