iTunes can not connect to istore, (network reset keeps coming up, please try later). Don't know what i have done, apple tech can't help.

It sounds like a network issue. Is your internet connection working normally otherwise? A remote possibility could be the iTunes server was jammed, but that is somewhat unlikely.
