Im not able to acces my system after a virus attack via an email. I have recovery console as a start up option and os is Xp. Cant operate in safemode. Tried chkdsk /r via recovery console, but no help. "access denied" to most of the directories. I only have c drive. Can u please suggest an appropriate method to recover my system without losing any data ?

Thanks,
Crickey

Ps: Im logging in from a diferent device. I dont have access to any other computer.
