Hi, I need some help with my computer. I got a virus in my computer a few days ago and it took my background down, took everything off my toolbar and all my icons down. I was able to do a system restore, but now I can't switch my background. Everytime I try it pops up, "This image cannot be set as wallpaper. An internal error occurred". Also, when I try setting a wallpaper from the internet, it says access denied and won't let me set it. I'm thinking it had something to do with the virus and even though I did a system restore, it didn't help. I have an anti virus and a CC Cleaner on my computer, but nothing seems to be found when I scan with either of them. I'm not very computer smart when it comes to this stuff, so can someone help me? I'm running Windows 7 and my computer is a Toshiba.

Hi Levi1990 and :)
I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found here. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread. If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will look at other options.
