Hello Sigmon
What kind of computer do you have?We can try and update the driver to see if that fixes the issue. Also please download THIS program and post the log it creates.Tell me the make and model of the computer.Example Compaq Presario C700

We don't need to know about unknown drivers.
What happens when connect a monitor, then boot into Safe Mode?

Can't make it to safe mode. Monitor will not acknowledge anything, as it just says Check Signal Cable.

Then you have other problems if you can't even get into Safe Mode.
We really need to be dealing with one computer at time. If I am following, computer 1 works now, right?
And computer 2 does not work at all?

Have you cleaned the computer in question and reseated the video card?

#1 works perfect now, and is the one I am using to type this. #2 is the one in question. It was working fine just a little over an hour ago before I switched the monitors. I have not reseated the video card yet, as I just finished with dinner.
