Ok, so i have been reading all over the internet, and im getting more and more frustrated, what files do i need to send to finally get this issue fixed? i can only start my pc in safe mode (which it is in right now) and the last thing i was doing before it got this bad was updating windows. im at the verge of tossing this p.o.s. out the window, but please, can anyone help me or point me in the right direction? Hi Daniel and :welcome:

Since you can start in Windows, see if you can run System Restore and take the computer back to before the updates.

If it still crashes, try using WhoCrashed.
