You have not included an OS such as Windows7 or a PSU which is always the last component to decide on so that you know you have made allowances for all hardware.
Choose your MB first and then use the MBs QVL (qualified vendors list) to ensure you get a compatible CPU and Ram, then the case, Optical drive/s, add on card/s as you already have a HDD then the PSU.

That motherboard supports dual channel memory architecture, which is a technology that, in effect, doubles data transfer speeds of your RAM. However, to enable dual channel memory, you must install 2 sticks of RAM so I recommend you get 2 x 4Gb. And to ensure compatibility, make sure you get RAM that is listed, or RAM with the same specs as listed from the Memory Support lists for your motherboard.

You do not have an operating system listed. With 8Gb of RAM, you will need a 64-bit OS so I recommend 64-bit Windows 7 or one of the free Linux alternatives.

You said you have a hard drive, do understand if you are planning on moving a hard drive from another computer, and that hard drive has Windows installed on it, it is most likely illegal to use that copy of Windows on this new machine (not to mention, Windows will probably choke when it discovers all sorts of new hardware first time you attempt to boot.

I also don't see a power supply. Don't try to cut budget corners with a cheap PSU. Get a good one that is 80 Plus certified from a good maker. I like Corsair and Antec PSUs.

The use of an aftermarket cooler on that AMD CPU voids the CPU warranty. Since the supplied cooler is an excellent cooler anyway, no problem.

Note you must have a DVD drive to install Windows 7 as it comes on a DVD, not CD.

Just a cautionary note, unless your OS disk is the full retail edition you cannot use it with a new MB as an OEM disk is tied to the original MB it was paired with, to use an OEM disk with a new MB is software piracy and therefore illegal.
Exceptions to the above are 1: If your MB is replaced under warranty and 2: If your MB is replaced out of warranty with an alternative type but same brand due to the original model no longer being available, an upgraded MB however will require the purchase of a new OS licence.

The OS is Retail Windows 7 Professional. That will work right?

EDIT: I have a monitor as well, sorry I left out so much stuff

EDIT2: I edited my main post, added the new RAM I am getting (2 Sticks) thank you for that tip .. I also added everything I already own.

Question: How many watts should my power supply be? (I'm really sorry for all these questions, believe it or not, I have been building programs and such for 5 years, but have no clue how to build a PC haha).

Sorry no not the best of brands, PSUs to trust and avoid http://www.10stripe....d/psu/brand.php and to get the correct output http://www2.corsair.com/psufinder/ (example only) Antec and Newegg among others have something similar.
