Hello all im looking for help... :(
So i get BSOD on my Windows 7 When i log on my Administrator account(I dont have other accounts)...
I get it alot! My pc makes weird noises and then BSOD happens and i cant stop it so i know that i have problem with something called ntkrnlpa.exe so what should i tell u about my pc so u could help me? :) Thanks....

  • If custom built then what brand, make and model is the motherboard

  • Total hard drive capacity and free space
  • What steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue

If a name brand system then what brand, make and model is the system? IE: Dell, HP, Compaq
If custom built then what brand, make and model is the motherboard IE: Asus, Gigabyte, Intel
Total memory installed IE: 2, 4, 6 or 8 gigs
Total hard drive capacity and free space 250 gig total and 80 gigs free space
What steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue IE: Ran hard drive diagnostics, ran memory diagnostics

Desktop
Just says "ALTOS" (I just bought the pc ist 1 year old and i dont know if is custom or brand)
2 gb
455.1 GB total free 169.2 GB
Well i run CCleaner but didnt help my Microsoft Security Essentials every time i start my PC detect some kind a virus and i try to remove it but i cant i dont know why...

OK now that is something that needs to be taken care of first before I can help you here. I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found HERE. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
