Hi, im buying a new Laptop and wondered if this was a good deal?

if anyone knows of any better value for money please let me know.
Also Medion seems to be respected in Germany but i must admit ive never heard of them, i came across this laptop and also novatech both seem to be better valuefor money than the more well known, Sony, Dell, Toshiba etc etc....

I like this one but the Geforce GT520m isn't ideal, could i upgrade it to the 540m easy enough or not, they dont have the option to upgrade.
