OK this is really aggravating as I DL the 64 bit version but when I go to install it then it asks for a reg key?

No don't use the Developer Preview key. Look in the FAQ:

If you install Windows 8 Consumer Preview using the Windows 8 Consumer Preview Setup program, you won't need to enter a product key—the setup program automatically provides the product key. If you create installation media, start your PC from the media, and then install Windows 8 Consumer Preview, you'll need to enter this product key: NF32V-Q9P3W-7DR7Y-JGWRW-JFCK8.

That is the problem Troy. It actually stops and asks for the key. The issue now is I have to figure out how to install it without messing up everything again.

Have you used the key I posted? Did you read the quote I posted? Or is it not allowing that key to work?

Nope haven't tried it since I have no partition setup to install it to right now.
