I've set up a group policy using "active directories users and computers," the users I want it to apply to have that group as their primary (and only) group, and I have set the policy so that it won't be overridden. For some reason it just won't apply, any suggestions?

Are you logging the users off and back on after you apply the policy?

Just a thought.

Yes, I've tried logging the users on and off, I've also tried using the dos command gpupdate, but still nothing. I havn't tried rebooting the server yet, but I figure I shouldn't have to do that.

First go here and get the latest tool for GPO's
http://www.microsoft...mc/default.mspx

Then give it a shot.

Make sure that you are not linking the GP to the built in containers but actual groups like "Authenticated Users"
