I am getting a black screen on my windows 7 os and it will only allow access to task mananger. I think it was caused by a windows update. I can not restore to earlier point before update. i am accessing internet thru task manager. Please help.

c:\windows\system 32\rpcrtremote.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
