Attached are the results from the OTL quick scan.

My OS is Windows XP Home service pack 3 32 bit. I am running Zonealarm Pro paid version for my firewall and Avg free version is my main anti-virus but I also run SuperAntiSypware daily.

My system specs are :
Specifications
Dell Computer Corporation
System Model: Dimension 3000
BIOS Version: Dell Computer Corporation A02

Operating System
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Version: 5.1.2600
Service Pack: 3.0
Location: C:\WINDOWS
PID: 76477-OEM-0011903-00102
Hot Fix: KB982665

Memory (RAM)
Capacity: 1 GB

Processor
Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.80GHz
Version: x86 Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 1
Speed: 2793 MHz
RAM 1 GB

I want to add that when I
run msconfig
Open the services tab and I attempt to disable some of the checked items I get an error that says ...
***I cant not perform this task as I am not logged in as an Administrator**** even though I am logged in as an Administrator.

My system is slow and sluggish. I have created two other new accounts one at a time as needed in order to have administrative rights and making the old supposed admin accounts limited accounts. After two unsuccessful attempts at this as well as being diligent about running anti-virus software daily sometimes running 2 and 3 I am here .

Also my event application logs have logged events that read to me as if another computer is accessing my computer so if you should see this then know that this is against my desires. That it is not my wish to be in any Network and I have only this one computer

Thanks in advance for any help you maybe able to provide.
