Hi guys

I am having a problem with my HP Laptop

Every 10 seconds or so I get the message 'Windows Explorer has stopped working'

It goes through this process over and over, I have tried starting up in Safe Mod, Safe Mod with Cmd, Safe Mode with Networking but nothing helps

My main concern is getting my pics on to a external, after that I would be happy to do a factory restet to be honest

Any help is much appreciated

remember this ...data that you don't have at least 2 copies of is data you don't care about...
one or more of those copies should be somewhere else so if a fire or flood or other calamity strikes you replace the computer and copy the data back...copies can be burned to dvd's and mailed to relatives or friends...

Good advice Happyrock and there is also off site data storage that you can look into so no matter what you just log in and get all the pics and data back that way.
