Cookies Problem

I recently acquired a Magic Jack Plus phone system and when I attempt to register it (this is required in order for the system to work) I keep receiving the following error message. "Session cookies are disabled Please enable them and close window to continue" I am uncertain how to enable session cookies and will greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem.
