i run windows 7 and its not keeping my internet history. any help would be appreciated thanks

Well, "Windows" does not really keep track of your "Internet" history. That is normally a browser function. So what browser are you using?

outlook express just started monday. keep getting an adsadclient31

Sorry but your last post doesn't make sense.

Outlook express is a E-mail program, not a browser and is not available for Windows 7 or Vista, it's been replaced by Windows Mail.

Since it started Monday, do a System Restore to a date before then, that should fix it.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Recovery to get there.
