Moving Pictures attached to email

Good morning...I sent a friend of mine an email with some pictures attached. He wants to save the pictures only to a Folder he has in Yahoo Mail "Saved Files" and not save them to his MY PICTURES file on Windows. Why I don't know cause that is easy to transfer them there. I tried to help him, but when I download it opens a window showing Documents and Settings - Temp. Files. I tried just clicking on the picture and dragging to folder he has but it just opens the pic. Any suggestions or ideas? He's making me nuts!!

tell him to move the email to a folder on his email account...then when he wants to look at the pics he just opens the email

or download it/them to his computer
