I'd like to start by saying that I'm not tech savvy but from other blogs I've tried to fix my problem with a ping? I'm not exactly sure....
The issue here is that one of the laptops in my house has a problem connecting to the internet wirelessly. sometimes it works, other times it doesn't even though the other devices continue to work properly. I have a macbook and internet with time warner. I called linksys to see if they could fix the problem but they wanted to charge me $30, which is pretty outrageous! I can't seem to figure out why the internet connection is shady. Please help any way possible and if you can, dumb it down for me. I'm not good at this stuff :P

Thanks in advance!
