ok, a few months ago my computer crashed. after we got it fixed i installed itunes onto my computer which replaced our former cd burning software. and ever since, the computer allows you to put cds into the drive, but it doesn't even begin to read them. dvds, cds, games, software.. nothing works.. i'm not experianced (at all) with computers so if you could please help me out in.. non-technical terms it would be appreciated.
