PC start-up super slow, Maybe virus Please Help

Hi, I am experiencing a very slow start up with my lap-top. After I log into my account The screen remains black for 3-5 min. I can see my mouse and I can get task manager to come up with(ctrl+shift+esc). I am on HP Presario CQ56 Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit, for security; Norton 360, Zemana Anti-logger, and Malwarbytes. I am willing to run diagnostics, just need some guidance. I have also run my virus scanners in safe mode with no results, that is the results were clean. Ran a couple different anti-root kit scans.Also clean. Thanks in advance,
