I have had bad memory brand new but the errors point to a driver which is possible if the hd is bad if the location was in the bad kb on the hd.
Have you tried Windows Updates to see if it finds any updated drivers for your system?

That is really good to hear. It seem that HD may have been the root of the whole issue.
