A few days ago under my network's connection, it said connected but no interent access. This has happened before so generally i would just go restart the router. Although i did this it did not solvemy problem. And to make me feel even more frustrated the rest of my families computers have had no problem connecting which is how i am able to get online. I have done a system restore in safe mode with networking and without being in safe mode. Still the yellow triangle icon says no interenet connection. I'm guessing some sort of virus because my McAefee firewall is off and when i turn it on it immediately changes back to off mode. Any help on getting internet access back would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Just to add some information to rockmilk's suggestion, McAfee released an update recently that caused connection issues on some machines. Uninstalling and reinstalling the McAfee software usually corrects the issue.

thank you both very much. after the program was uninstalled and computer restarted my internet connection was back. Although, once i reinstalled McAfee my internet connection was gone again. I'm searching for a to fix it because this will have been a great waste of around $50 dollars for software i can't use.
