I am having serious problems with my windows 7 toshiba laptop. it says something about system error, hard drive controller failure. It won't just open up like usual, I have to go to start and type in security, then find a place that has the internet explorer icon, to get on the internet. Please help. I don't know anything on how to repair a computer, and I don't have much money. Thank you!!

This sounds like a malware issue to me. My recommendation is to go to the Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal forum and follow the procedure for posting in that forum. Hopefully, they can resolve this.
