I was attempting to partition a external drive using Partition Magic. I was using the demo and upon opening the program is stated that there were some files misaligned. I let it repair two different files and then the problem crashed. About 30 minutes later, I got a BSOD. On each reboot it would get to the windows logo but quickly blue screen again.I had windows try and repair but it could not. Gave me an error and wanted me to report. I then went to the command prompt via the tool and followed these instructions

http://pcsupport.abo...ore-windows.htm

I rebooted and now i get

Windows Boot Manager
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1.insert windos cd and run a repair your computer option.
File: /boot/bcd
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: an error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data.

I am not worse off. I cant get to the repair tool, cmd prompt, safe mode or even boot to my Windows CD.

Please HELP!!
