If the ink cartridges are dried out I doubt refilling them will work. You will probably need new cartridges.
Check overstock.com, you can get some real bargains there some times. Otherwise, do a Google search for cheap inkjet cartridges.
I've purchased from all 3 of the top hits with good success.

Thanks Aido, i actually found this first when i googled the error 1102 and i tried all the steps, no success. Apparently i have to call Lexmark
