need wireless and local area connection drivers

A while back I had a problem that required me to uninstall the drivers and reboot to fix the issue. This worked fine on one of my laptops it just reinstalled it when I rebooted. I tried to fix the same problem on a toshiba satellite c655d-s5518 and it did not reinstall. Any help would be appreciated.
