I am experiencing a error only sometimes when I shutdown my computer. I was receiving this error along with some other issues so I did a clean install, and now I am experiencing it again on the fresh install, and I am having real issues on how to resolve this.

The error is" Explorer.exe - Application Error"
The Instruction at 0x6CB78168 referenced memory at 0x6CB78168. The memory could not be written,
Click ok to Terminate the program."

This only occurs when I shutdown my pc.

My Setup is
Windows 7 Ultimate
Main HD is a 128Gb SSD M4 Crucial
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
5750 Raedon Graphics
16GB Ram

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.. I have searched everywhere to no avail.

Remove half the ram and test for awhile. If no problems then that ram is defective. If it still has problems, swap the ram and test some more. If no problems that ram is bad. If it still fails then you know the ram is not causing the problem.
