Really need help about display setting

i got a mistake
i try to connect my laptop with my hdtv
it not display somehow i click on display on second screen only
now my laptop screen not show anything and also it not connect to any monitor too
how can i fix it please help me i need it quick

What is the make and model number of the laptop?

Usually there is a Fn key you can press to switch between displays by press the Fn key then the F key that has a picture or one or two displays on it.
