I don't think it's anything good. No hits when I google the name and the location it is running from is not one we like to see.
Download OTL from
http://www.geekstogo...timers-list-it/
and Save it to your desktop.
Copy the text in the code box:
Run OTL (Vista or Win 7 => right click and Run As Administrator)
Paste (Ctrl + v) the copied text in the box where it says Custom Scan/Fixes
Select the All option in the Extra Registry group then Run Scan.
You should get two logs. Please copy and paste both of them.

The laptop is really giving me grief. I'm gonna take it to the shop tomorrow. I had paid for a maintenance agreement so I might as well use it. Thanks for your help anyway.

I took the laptop to the geek squad yesterday. The tech did some typing and voila! All better. I think it's time for me to make use of the maintenance agreement I paid for. And it covers both of our laptop and our PC. Thanks for your help.
