There used to be a guide, that had several steps to do BEFORE posting a HiJackThis / OTL log.

Everytime i click links that are supposed to take me to the guide, i get redirected to: http://www.geekstogo...cleaning-guide/ .....Which is basically a How-to on posting an OTL log.

There used to be several steps/programs to run before posting a log, and in the past, this always solved my problems.

Anyone know where to find this elusive guide?
