completely lost all my incredimail files EVERYTHING

I opened my incredimail icon two days ago to find the whole thing empty! No folders, files, emails, contacts nothing. Everything had completely vanished! I contacted VIP support & have done what they have told me & nothing has happened at all & I am still waiting another responce from them!!! I have also followd internet suggestions with regards to deleting indentity fols with IM in them & still nothing. PLease help. I have been using incredimail for years!!!!
