I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FZ35G which has gone into a startup repair loop. This has happened once before and I had to backup my data and then restored C drive using Vaio Recovery Center. This time I did not get the option to go into the Recovery Center after I pressed F8>Repair my computer. I managed to enter it by using F10 and managed to back up my data and then once data was backed up the only options I had was to restart...once I did that I have not been able to go back into the recovery center for some reason...None of the other options such as Safe mode, debugging mode, last known good configuration etc are working..each time I select any of these options it goes back into launching startup repair. I need to restore my laptop to factory settings but i don't know how to do so without the Vaio Recovery Center. I have also tried booting from discs but again the startup repair loop starts, I don't have Vaio recovery discs. Is there some way for me to use the Command Prompt option in the system recovery center to reset to factory settings? Please help!
Thank you
