Problem:
Im getting a BsOD with an error messages that wont let boot the laptop. After turning the laptop on i get two options either start up repair or start windows normally. When i try to run windows normally i get the following blue screen of death error: " STOP :c000021a {fatal system error} The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000001 0x001004d8). The system has been shut down." and the laptop just restarts. And when i try start up repair i get an error that it couldn't automatically fix my computer and that if i had any devices plug in to unplug it and try again. Other things i have tried
Things i have tried:
1.Running computer on safe mode but unable to do so i get another error.
2.System restore but unable to do so either, i get another error.
Curious thing is im using this program called ubcd4win it haves different tools that would help you in situations like this; for example it haves different scans for viruses, malwares, disk check up, defragment tools and many other things that are really helpful Long story short i ran a spybot scan and found 5 threats: 2 entries in windows Microsoft system and another three entries in security for pupsc sweetim.
How it startd:
Problems started early today when i was using 1channel.ch to watch some tv show and as i was going trough the links there was one of them that when opened it open a pop up saying something along the lines that it was the police and that i was doing illegal stuff and that i had to pay a certain amount of money. So seen it was probably a fake just in case i shut down the laptop and went to do a system restore but thats when the message started appearing, and the laptop have boot up since then.
So if anyone ahve any idea if its a virus or malware or if it isnt let me know. Thanks.
