Hello, GeeksToGo. My name is Nick and I just received a new windows 8 Samsung laptop for Christmas 2012. I had a lot of fun on it, although next thing I know, POOF! It almost won't work! I remember no instances of doing ANYTHING weird to it. no opening, tampering with hard drive... nothing physical. I do not go on "Naughty Sites" Or click stupid advertisements. I know better. I was wondering If you could help me? I'm scared that my parents will be mad if my laptops broken after a month of use ! the only thing I remember doing that may have caused it was try to install a game. my computer wiz brother told me to get MBAM, do a scan and come to you. Here are it's logs from a few hours ago: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (Trial) 1.70.0.1100
