hello all!

right, ever since 09.01.2013. i installed bunch of windows updates and notorious geforce driver 310.90(now on 313.95 beta) im expiriencing cold boot bsod's regarding ntoskrnl.exe(using bluescreenviewer) with varous codes like every day on my first time turnin pc on... then for the rest of the day i can use it for heavy pc gaming etc... no bsod but only on first cold boot... so far i used eset smart security 5.2(uninstalled it)now avg security, malwarebytes anti malware, sophos virus removal tool, tdds killer they all came with clean results. Furthermore i used memtest86 8hours 5 pass's no errors! only when i did a complete win7 boot check disk tool with scan for and recovery of bad sectors on phase 4 it bsoded, then it autorestarted the scan again and finished without problem!?

So now im really confused whether it is some startup driver conflicting with win update or it is afterall a hidious infection or a hard drive soon to be torched i don know... i still have last five mini dumps

my system specs:dual boot os
