[Hanson98]

I have recently brought a new computer and a wireless adapter for it, I try to connect to my Internet but it doesn't, I can find my Internet with 5 bars and an excellent signal strength. On the odd occasion it connects for about five mins with full signal then randomly disconnects and it can't connect again.
Any suggestions

In order to get the the problem fixed, please follow my instructions accurately.

Step 1

1 Download SINO form here
2 Select options as shown in the picture.



3 It will generate a report file on you desktop called SINOLog*.txt
4 Please include SINOLog* in your next reply.

Step 2

1 Download MiniToolBox form here to your desktop.
2 Select options as shown in the picture.



3 It will generate a report file on you desktop called Result.txt
4 Please include Result.txt in your next reply.

Gday Hanson98.
If you have never had to upload a file before, this is how it is done.
When you have completed Step 1 and 2 as instructed by masterking.
In the reply window, > click on Use Full Editor, next to the normal POST.

. The window will expand.
Type, > attached files as requested. Then on the lower left,
> click on the blue window, Click To Attach File. A window will open showing a list of the contents of the desktop.
> Look for the file SINOLog*.txt and click on it. You will see the file appear under attachments (lower left of screen) with a tick and done.
> Click again on, Click To Attach File. In the window that opens, look for Result.txt and click on it. The file will appear under Attachments with a tick and Done.


You are finished.

> Click on, Add Reply.
