Restoring Dell Studio to Factory version

Hey, I was wondering how can I restore my Dell Studio 1558, back to into the first verison I had. My laptop is too slow and i think it has virus/unneeded programs. This laptop is just over an year old as well. I am not ready to buy disks or a new laptop either :/
Help please!
I went into compmgmt.msc and checked it
and here is my screenshot
