I have a gigabyte 990fxa ud3 mobo (ver 1.0) and I need to update it so I can use my new amd 8350.
I've been running in to many problems, and after about 8 hours of trial and error, I now know I need help.

Here's my issues:
I can't install @Bios because the setup gives me an error with the DLL they give me. (error 0x80040707 to be exact; 'DLL function call crash')
Next thing is to try to use ASUS EZ flash 2, however gigabyte doesn't off .rom/.bin files so I cant use it to update my mobo.
I can't make a DOS USB work either, because once it starts to run the programs from Gigabyte's site, it gives me a error with memory saying 'there isnt enough extended memory'

Furhter info:
I am on Win 7 64-bit OS and have ran all things as Admin/normal-user.
I don't have the original CD anymore.

My Question:
Is there anyway else to update my BIOS? It sucks having a new processor watching you all because of an update.

The picture shows the error when trying to install @Bios
