Chrome Screen Font Not Looking Good

My system is a Dell Dimension 4700 WinXP SP3. My browser is Chrome.

Recently, some webpages show up with a 'blocky' font with significant regularity. Not ALL pages though.

My font setting haven't been changed recently, as far as I remember:

Is there a setting I am overlooking to fix this?
