i downloaded a .rtf document from my school blackboard and now i can't delete this: .doc.rtf.download thing thats on my desktop...every time i try to delete it it says it cant be deleted....does anyone know how i get rid of it? is it malware or something?

ive tried deleting it by changing the extension but it wont let me....i cant even move its position on the desktop as it doesnt allow me to move it.

Right click the file, select Properties, and copy paste the file name back here please. Check if it's even a legit Windows name (by Windows rules).
