I am new to Windows 8... a couple of weeks

I do like it a lot.

However, I like to keep things neat. I had to exchange my computer when there was a Bluetooth problem

Now, when I download things and look at them in the store, I see two accounts, I believe the ones with the current dates are the current account.
I go and delete the other name, then redownload the apps thinking that they will appear on my current account, both named Eric

Could you tell me how to delete the earlier account, and how to make sure redownloading apps from there will not end up there again, and finally explain why this may happen
