Hello again Chuck

What version of IE are you using.
When did the problem start, was it after installing any update/s for example.
If you click on the View problem details tab was does it say there.

How can I tell what version of IE I have?
I really don't know when it started. It done it once or twice and has started doing it more often.
Sorry I can't be more specific, I will start trying to be more observant of these things..

I just noticed that in the above screenshot , this was printed... "Application version 9.0.8112.16476"; Would this be the version id you need?

OK. It is updated. Hopefully this will correct the problem, we will see. I have had a couple of pop ups come up saying that I need to install a more "up to date" browser. I think one of them was called firefox or something like that. What are your thoughts on that?
Thanks again!

Depends on what your preferred browser is, whichever it is set it as the default.
