My desktop computer has been infected. Once logged in, the computer will freeze and sometimes display a totally blue screen. A virus scan using Avast has identified 6 infected files so far. We noticed last week we could not send email. A check from the tech support of our ISP indicated our mail ports had been changed and they said that is a sign malware is present on our computer. We recently received email from two contact we know that had no subjects and suspicious links. To my knowledge, we did not click on the links. Heir has helped me twice before, hopefully he still is a part of your community.
Thank you
