I have recently got a new pc built and am having a awful time with it. I have had 3 people look at it 2 shops and 1 I.T Support from where I work. They both tell me that my pc is fine and working perfectly but when ever I am on it trying to download world of warcraft it bluescreens me. I am not sure what to do with the bluescreen or anything but I have spent around £1000 now and I am getting no where with this computer can anyone help?

I have linked the bluescreen.

You didn't post any blue screen pics.
Also has the system ever worked correctly?
Did you do any driver or hardware updates just prior to the issue starting?
Any new software, games, videos or programs added just prior to the issue starting?
Can you post a blue screen picture or do the following for me please.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Thanks to Broni for the instructions and program
